All items are ready to ship within 2 business days, and custom made pieces after a 1-2 week production time. All orders are shipped from our studio on the beautiful Island of Vis, Croatia.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Orders shipped to EU countries are free from any import duties or taxes.
Pixie’s will gladly refund your purchase if, for any reason, you wish to return your item. In that case please contact us with your order number and you will receive a return address with further instructions. Items must be returned within 2 weeks from the delivery date and can only be returned/exchanged in its original, unused and undamaged condition. Once the items are returned in their original condition (including packaging), you will receive a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please follow these steps when returning/exchanging an order:
1. Send an email to tomislav@pixies.hr to let us know if you would like to return or exchange your item (make sure to include your order number)
2. Make sure that the jewellery is packed neatly in their original packaging
3. Please, label the package as a "RETURN" with value 0 on the outside of the package
4. Return your order to the following address: PIXIE’S Jewellery / Tomislav Pozaić, Širokovac 16, 21480 Vis, Croatia
Once you receive a confirmation email indicating we’ve received your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank to receive your refund.
Please note, custom made jewellery is considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Same applies to all products on sale/discount.
